Raipur - Under the Public Distribution System many warehouses of different-different capacities will built, under the Chhattisgarh State Government different schemes.

Chhattisgarh Grain Storage Warehouses Construction PhotoChhattisgarh Consumer Protection Minister Mr. Punnu Lal Mohile said that - "In last two year Chhattisgarh Government approved the construction of 65 Warehouses for safe grain storage in all Chhattisgarh.

The total capacity of warehouses for grain storage is more than 2 Lacs Metric Ton. 26 warehouses, which capacity is 1 lac 18 thousand metric ton, out of 65 grain storage warehouses approved at current financial year 2010-11."

Chhattisgarh Food Minister Mr. Mohile told the total cost approved for all 65 grain storage warehouses is 68 crore and 30 lac rupees. The grains hold in this all warehouses of Chhattisgarh will insuranced.
