Asserting although Chhattisgarh Assembly has a full fledged Conduct Committee but since the inception of Chhattisgarh, not a single case has been handed over to the committee against misconduct of any Assembly Member, Chhattisgarh Assembly Speaker Shri Dharamlal Kaushik stated hence there is no pending case with the conduct committee.
