As ordered by Consumer Forum Raipur tehsildar Pulak Bhattacharya reached Magma Finance Raipur to lock for attachment aka kurki process. The Raipur leasing company Magma Finance became alert and made immediate payment by dd (demand draft) to Kamlesh Singh.
