Chhattisgarh Government staff will be treated as staff of Election Commission of India – Under subject to Public Representation Act, 1951 Section 28-A all employee/officers employed to conduct elections and Padabhihit officials by the State Government will be considered to be on deputation to the Election Commission upto declaration of election results and till that time will be under the control, superintendence and discipline of the Election Commission.

निर्वाचन आयोग के नियंत्रण में कर्मचारी - लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 28-क के अधीन निर्वाचनों के संचालन के लिए नियोजित समस्त अधिकारी#कर्मचारी तथा राज्य सरकार द्वारा पदाभिहित अधिकारी निर्वाचन के परिणाम घोषित होने तक निर्वाचन आयोग में प्रतिनियुक्ति पर समझे जाएंगे और उस समय तक निर्वाचन आयोग के नियंत्रण, अधीक्षण और अनुशासन के अधीन रहेंगे।
