Sarang Brothers Sports Gaurav, Khel Gaurav, Raipur Pride, Chhattisgarh Pride gets grand welcome at Raipur railway sation.

Raipur Chhattisgarh October 29, 2009 – Commonwealth Weightlifting Championship Penang Gold medal winner Mr. Rustan Sarang and Silver medal winner Mr. Ajaydeep Sarang arrived Raipur. Grand and heartily welcome was given to gold-silver medals winner Sarang brothers On arrival at Raipur railway station. Commonwealth Weightlifting Championship 2009 was held in Penang, Malaysia from 19th October 2009 to 23rd October 2009 India senior and junior weight lifter have won in all 27 medals, 17 Gold medal, 9 Silver medal and 1 bronze medal at Penang lifting championship.

Welcome and honor program of Raipur weight lifters Rustam Ajay Deep Sarang was held by Directorate, sports Department, Raipur Chhattisgarh. Raipur Talent Sarang duo were quite impressed by the grand reception and thanked the Sports Department for this.

On weight lifters welcome occasion Sports Department officials - staff, Sports Federations, Chhattisgarh Weightlifting Association and Jai Satnam Gym officials were present. Tilak Bharati Higher Secondary School, Gudiari Raipur students were also present at Raipur station to welcome Sarang “the weight medal lifter” brothers along with large number of Raipurians people. Tilak Bharati is the school where education received by these two Raipur players.
