रायपुर, 08 दिसंबर 2009 केन्द्रीय जेल रायपुर में आयोजित विशेष अदालत में चार बन्दियों को रिहा किया गया। मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट श्री हिरेन्द्र सिंह तेकाम और विशेष रेल्वे मजिस्ट्रेट श्री शैलेष कुमार केतारप द्वारा जेल में आयोजित विशेष अदालत में 14 बंदियों के कुल सोलह प्रकरणों की सुनवाई की गयी। इनमें से 11 आरोपियों के 12 प्रकरणों का निराकरण किया गया।  Read Full Raipur Story »

रायपुर, 06 दिसंबर 2009 - छत्‍तीसगढ़ राज्य शासन के निर्देश पर खाद्य, नागरिक आपूर्ति और उपभोक्ता संरक्षण विभाग की नाप तौल प्रभाग के अधिकारियों द्वारा बिलासपुर जिले के दस पेट्रोल-डीजल पंपों में छाप मार शैली में पहुंचकर नाप-तौल यंत्रों की जांच की गई। जांच में दो पेट्रोल-डीजल पंपों के संचालकों द्वारा नाप-तौल यंत्रों में गड़बड़ी पाए जाने पर उनके विरूध्द अभियोजन का प्रकरण दर्ज किया गया है।

नाप तौल नियंत्रक श्री दिलीप वासनीकर द्वारा की गई नाप-तौल प्रभाग की समीक्षा बैठक में विभागीय अधिकारियों ने यह जानकारी दी।

बैठक में श्री वासनीकर ने कहा कि नाप-तौल के कार्यों में उपभोक्ताओं के हितों में किसी प्रकार की विपरीत प्रभाव न पड़े। इस पर विभाग के अधिकारी सतत निरीक्षण नियंत्रण करें। बैठक में उन्होंने विगत नवम्बर माह में निरीक्षकों द्वारा अर्जित आय और दर्ज किए गए अभियोजन के प्रकरणों की विगत वर्ष 2008 के माह नवम्बर में अर्जित आय एवं दर्ज अभियोजन प्रकरणों की तुलनात्मक समीक्षा की।  Read Full Raipur Story »
