Hasya Kavi Padma Shree Dr. Surendra Dubey World Class Poet from Raipur, originally an Ayurvedic Doctor, currently posted as Secretary Chhattisgarhi Rajbhasha Ayog of Chhattisgarh State. International Poet Padma Shree Dr. Surendra Dubey recited Kavita or performed Kavya Path in more than 5,100 Kavi Sammelans as Hasya Kavi, Desh Bhakti Geet Kavi, Geetkar, Sahityakar, Song Writter. Padma Shree Dr. Surendra is specialist and very famous for comic poetry and Hasya Kavita. Padma Shree Dr. Dubey performed in 50 Kavi Sammelans in 30 American Cities.

Padma Shree Surendra performed 6 times in Kavi Sammelan at Lal Kila Red Fort the Symbol of India on occassion of 26th January Republic Day of India. रायपुर, 07 दिसंबर 2009 राज्य के वाणिज्यिक कर विभाग की अधिसूचना के अनुसार 18 दिसम्बर गुरू घासीदास जयंती के अवसर पर शुष्क दिवस घोषित किया गया है। इसके तहत सभी देशी-विदेशी मदिरा दुकानें, एफ.एल-3 (होटल-बार) के क्रय-विक्रय को पूर्ण रूप से प्रतिबंधित किया गया है।
