रायपुर, 07 दिसंबर 2009 राज्य के वाणिज्यिक कर विभाग की अधिसूचना के अनुसार 18 दिसम्बर गुरू घासीदास जयंती के अवसर पर शुष्क दिवस घोषित किया गया है। इसके तहत सभी देशी-विदेशी मदिरा दुकानें, एफ.एल-3 (होटल-बार) के क्रय-विक्रय को पूर्ण रूप से प्रतिबंधित किया गया है।
