Raipur Today - Chhattisgarh State Government will distriubute the free rain-coats to women workers woking in the fields or farms for protect from the rain.

Chhattisgarh Government targeted to distribute rain coats to 50,000 women wokers in 10 development areas of Raipur and other 8 districts of Chhattisgarh in this year. Only Antyodaya Roshan Card holder family will get benefits of this scheme of rain coat distributing.

Two crore rupees budget placed for it. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister will start distributing plan of Raincoat on 22th June 2010 at Raipur.

Chhattisgarh Agriculture Minister Chandrasekhar Sahu said that - Chhattisgarh State Agricultural Mandi Board has launched the Rural Women Empowerment Scheme. Agriculture Minister said that women plays an important role is agriculture works of Chhattisgarh.
