Chhattisgarh State Government has sanctioned Special Diwali for Chhattisgarh Employees of Rs. 150 Crore. Chhattisgarh Government sanctioned an additional 6 percent Dearness Allowance DA for over Two Lakh employees ahead of Diwali. The DA to be paid in cash with October Salaries.

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh issued a directive to the Finance Department in this regards.
