IAS Debate - IAS Born Identity - SHOULD ADMINISTRATOR BE CULTIVATED IN INDIA AFTER 10+2 EDUCATION ! When you identify yourself as an IAS? My question is to IAS aspirants but it targets the whole society. In Indian Education System, students are being educated to born as Doctor, Engineer, Scientist, Lawyer, Accounts Professional, Business Management, etc . after class 10+2 education.
Actually it should named UPSC Topper, IAS Topper, IFS Topper, IPS Topper debate or similar because out of several lacs contestants only few toppers are the achiever.
Like other Human Resource Development in various streams, WHETHER ADMINISTRATOR OR POLICY MAKERS SHOULD BE CULTIVATED AFTER CLASS 10+ 2 (Senior Secondary or Higher Secondary education)!
Need to change the mindset of politicians so as to introduce new and innovative education policy to produce real caliber of ADMINISTRATIVE capabilities.
Writer's idea is to bring the talents from rural sectors of India to create new face of India as real talents may not get proper chance to show their calibers after Graduation. Though prevailing pattern of exams is on completion of at least graduation, it might happen some real talent might fade away during their graduation because of various circumstances
The hunt after class 10+2 shall give a chance to search better options for human resourcing.
The debate is solicited from Raipur readers and Internet Citizenz "Should hunt for ADMINISTRATOR be started from class 10+2 education!"
So starts the UPSC Aspiration or IAS Aspiration for society, for parents and for the candidate itself.
