Raipur, 09 May 2009 Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Dr. Raman Singh invited selected participants from Chhattisgarh in Union Public Service Commission's 2008 civil services examination to breakfast here today in the morning at CM residence at Raipur and gave hearty congratulations and best wishes to them. Chhattisgarh proud Mrs. Kiran Kaushal, third place holder in UPSC merit list at national level, Shravan Bansal and Vaibhav Srivastava, are the UPSC candidates invited.

The Chief Minister said, while expressing his pleasure on spectacular success of the three candidates that the selection of half a dozen young people from Chhattisgarh state in this difficult examination this year, including them, really is a matter of great joy and pride. Chief Minister also expressed congratulations and best wishes for parents and family of all youths.

Dr. Raman Singh also expressed happiness on getting information that Mrs Kiran Kaushal studied from eighth to tenth class schooling in Kwardha (now Kabirdham) and said that it really is a matter of pride for my hometown. Mrs. Kiran Kaushal told Chief Minister that during his father's government service she got her school education from eighth grade to tenth grade Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Kwardha.
Mrs. Kiran Kaushal is currently working in Kanker as Deputy Collector.

On this occasion Chief Minister also congratulated Smt Kiran Kaushal's husband, Mr. Pavan Bansal and Pride of Bhilai Nagar Mr Vaibhav Srivastava on encouraging success in the Union Public Service Commission examination 2009.

Dr. Singh, wishing a bright future for all selected participants, expressed hope that following their official duties with complete loyalty, honesty and hard work, through civil services, they all will serve the country and countrymen.

किरण कौशल को मुख्यमंत्री ने नाश्ते पर आमंत्रित कर शुभकामनाएं दी

रायपुर, 09 मई 2009 छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. रमन सिंह ने आज यहां अपने निवास पर संघ लोक सेवा आयोग की वर्ष 2008 की सिविल सेवाओं की परीक्षा में छत्तीसगढ़ के चयनित प्रतिभागियों को सुबह के नाश्ते पर आमंत्रित किया और उन्हें हार्दिक बधाई और शुभकामनाएं दी। इनमें राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर तीसरा स्थान प्राप्त कर छत्तीसगढ़ का नाम रौशन कर चुकी श्रीमती किरण कौशल सहित दो अन्य प्रतिभागी सर्वश्री वैभव श्रीवास्तव और श्रवण बंसल भी शामिल थे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने इन तीनों परीक्षार्थियों को मिली शानदार सफलता पर प्रसन्न्ता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि इस कठिन परीक्षा में इस वर्ष उन्हें मिलाकर छत्तीसगढ़ के आधा दर्जन युवाओं का चयन राज्य के लिए सचमुच अत्यंत हर्ष और गर्व का विषय है। इन सभी युवाओं के अभिभावकों और परिवारजनों के लिए भी मुख्यमंत्री ने बधाई और शुभकामनाएं प्रकट की।

डॉ. रमन सिंह ने श्रीमती किरण कौशल की आठवीं से दसवीं तक की पढ़ाई कवर्धा में होने की जानकारी मिलने पर भी अपनी प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की और कहा कि यह मेरे गृहनगर के लिए भी सचमुच गौरव की बात है। श्रीमती कौशल ने मुख्यमंत्री को बताया कि उन्होंने अपने पिता की शासकीय सेवा के दौरान कक्षा आठवीं से दसवीं तक कवर्धा के सरस्वती शिशु मंदिर में शिक्षा प्राप्त की है। श्रीमती कौशल वर्तमान में कांकेर में डिप्टी कलेक्टर के पद पर कार्यरत हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर श्रीमती किरण कौशल के पति श्री श्रवण बंसल सहित भिलाई नगर के श्री वैभव श्रीवास्तव को भी संघ लोक सेवा आयोग की परीक्षा में मिली उत्साहजनक कामयाबी पर बधाई दी।

डॉ. सिंह ने सभी चयनित प्रतिभागियों के उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना करते हुए उम्मीद जताई कि प्रशासनिक सेवाओं के माध्यम से वे सभी अपने शासकीय दायित्वों का पालन करते हुए पूरी निष्ठा, ईमानदारी और मेहनत से देश और देशवासियों की सेवा करेंगे।
