NREGA 1.42 crores to Raipur Villages

Indian job guarantee scheme NREGA will improve rural facility

Raipur, October 24, 2009 - For various employment oriented works Rs 142 Lacs proposals are approved under National Employment Guarantee Scheme in 22 Blocks of Mahasamund district of Chhattisgarh panchayat. Mahasamund is nearby area of Raipur.

Panchayat and Rural Rs 142 Lacs will provide facility like access road works, culvert, and Vistarikaran Talab Gaharikaran, ponds deepening, bathing steps in ponds etc.

The NREGA villages benefited are Sirpur sustained Khamtarai, Dharsa, Mahamaya temple, Muktidham, Dumarpali, Rampur, Singharupali, Belatfakari, Ratanawa, Sorid Chorbhatti, Soram, Parsapani, Naikbandha all situated near Raipur and Mahasamund.
