It can bee said Raipur the capital of Chhattisgarh is also the Sikh capital of Chhattisgarh. Raipur has many Gurudwaras or Gurugaddis which are jubilant on Gurunanak Jayanti

A lot of Sikh religions activities like religious prayers, sabad, discourse and Guruvani will mark celebration of auspicious Guru Nanak Dev Prakash Purab on 2nd November, The Guru Nanak Dev Prakash Purab started from 9.30 AM to 12.00 AM Midnight at Khalsa School Raipur.

Raipur Sikh Religious activities marking the day would be held in marooning as well as evening both. A huge community-feeding program would also be held for thousands of Sikh brethren expected to take part of events.
