Raipur Excise officer’s house raided

Bilaspur District Excise Officer R. Janardhan is raided by ACB Anti Corruption Bureau Chhattisgarh simultaneously at several places.

A shocking and wooping some of around disproportionate assets of 2 Crores is revealed in prima-facie Raipur ACB Investigation.

It is one more case of Possession of assets disproportionate to known sources of income by higly placed public servant, very powerful Government Officer just after a similar EOW Economic Offenses Wing raid on Durg Inspector Neelambar Seth.

The Chhattisgarh Excise officer houses at capital Raipur, Bilaspur and Korba are raided all together. The Raipur flat is located at Shankar Nagar A.T. Plaza while Bilaspur house is in front of CMD College along with land property korba and many villages.

The Flying Squad (Udan Dasta) Excise Officer is booked and crime case file under section 13.1 (e) and 13 (2) of prevention of Corruption Act 1988.
