Handicapped TriScooter to Raipur JournalistRaipur Journalist Kaput Pratap Garhi (R.P. Singh) handicapped in accident at 26th July of 2008, he left his one leg in the accident, so the Akhil Bhartiya Viklaang Chetna Parishad donated a triscooter.
