Raipur - Governor of Chhattisgarh Shri Shekhar Dutt hoisted the Tricolor Flag, Flag of India on the occasion of 61st Republic Day of India 26 January 2010 in Police Parade Ground of Raipur. Governor Shekhar Dutt were attend the 61st Republic Day celebration as Chief Guest in Raipur.

After Flag Hoisting Ceremony the Chhattisgarh Governor Mr. Dutt take a round of a Police Ground were Republic Day Raipur celebration organised in Special Gypsy with Red Carpet and releases the Tricolor ballons.

Bastar Dance, Chhattisgarhiya Dance, Sua Dance and Dance of School Students of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Shaskiya Kanya Vidyalaya, Gujarati School, St. Xaviers School and Shabri Kanya Vidyalayain Filmy Patriotic Songs were held in the Republic Day Celebration. Shaskiya Kanya Vidyalaya wons the First Price in Republic Day Dance.

In the Republic Day 2010 Police Parade Central Reserve Police Force, Central Industrial Security Force, Chhattisgarh Armed Forces, Special Operations Forces, Raipur Army, Special Police Officer, Chhattisgarh Jail Department, District Police Force, NCC Senior Division, Scout Guide, Dog Squad, Band Platoon were participate.

After the Dance, very beautiful and attractive Tableau derived of All Chhattisgarh Departments like Chhattisgarh Health Deparment Tableau, Chhattisgarh Education Department Tableau, Chhattisgarh Forest Department Tableau, Chhattisgarh Tribal Development Department Tableau, Chhattisgarh Culture and Tourism Department Tableau, Chhattisgarh Food Department Tableau, Chhattisgarh Irrigation Department Tableau, Chhhattisgarh Jail Department Tableau, Chhattisgarh Energy Deparment, CREDA Department Tableau, Bhilai Steel Plant Tableau, Women and Child Welfare Department Tableau, South Eastern Coal Field Ltd Tableau ect.

Dog Show and Horse Show were held in the Republic Day celebration. After the Shows Shri Shekhar Dutt Governor gives Award to Police Officers and felicitated the Freedom Fighters.
