The first lady Chhattisgarh state Mrs Shushmita Dutt also enjoyed the Prabhu Yeshu arrival song the traditional carol singing.

Raipur, November 11, 2009 - Governor, Mr E. S. L. Narasimhan has expressed deep grief and heartfelt condolences on sudden demise of Shri Girija Prasad Mishra who was Rajbhavan (Governor House) Raipur staff and posted as Platoon commander in Chhattisgarh Armed Forces 'C' Company 7th Battalion.

Platoon commander, 56-year-old Mr Girija Mishra was on vacation to ancestral home village Sursa, Rewa district, Madhya Pradesh, where he died due to a heart stroke today morning.  Read Full Raipur Story »
