Raipur Sports Complex outdoor stadium Budhapara near Shyam Talkies was not officially Inaugurated BudhaPara Raipur outdoor stadium also faced court cases but now the active sports working is possible.

The newly built Raipur outdoor stadium by Raipur Municipal Corporation aka Nagar Nigam Raipur at Buddhapara was finally handed over free of cost to Sports Authority of India SAI for 10 Years.

The Raipur stadium was handed over to Sports Authority of India after signing a memorandum of Understanding. The Serious initiative was taken to SAI handover activity by Chhattisgarh Urban Administration and Development Minister Shri Rajesh Munat.

Raipur Municipal Corporation Commissioner Omprakash Chaudhary signed the MoU while Director R.K. Naidu signed on behalf of SAI. J.P. Singh, Chhattisgarh State Sports and Youth Welfare Department Director and N.S. Rathore, Executive Engineer RMC were present.
