Chhattisgarh State DGP Vishwaranjan was did inspection of Raipur Azad Chowk Police Station and Raipur City Kotwali. Chhattisgarh Cop Head was seen the Raipur Police Stations. DGP checks the pending cases and other Raipur crime reports.

The DGP's surprise visit has created ripples in the Chhattisgarh Police Department. In both the police station, the DGP took details of the crimes and the pending cases. Mr. Vishwaranjan instructed the officials to resolve the cases immediately.

When the news of the DGP visiting the police stations, reached Raipur Additional Superintendent of Police (City-I) Rajnesh Singh and Raipur Addtional Suprintendent Police (City 2) Dr Lal Umed Singh, they rushed to the police station.

The three Raipur CSPs and Raipur TI also reached the police station. After the inspection, the Chhattisgarh DGP took the meeting of the police officers in both the police stations. He also made it clear that any lack lustre attitude on the part of the officials will not be tolerated.

The officials were instructed to give a patient hearing to the petitioners and act according to the seriousness of the case.
Any negligence on the part of officials would invite serious repercussions, he admonished.

The DGP was also concerned with the growing incidents of crime in the capital city. The DGP was accompanied by Superintendent of Police Amit Kumar also.
