In Chhattisgarh Guru Nanak Jayanti or Gurpurab or Guru Parab 2009 started Wishes and Greetings

Raipur, November 1, 2009 - Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh, on the occasion of the great social reformer saint Guru Nanak Dev Jayanti “Guru-parv” Festival extended his warm greetings and good wishes to the Sikh community, including the general public too.

Dr Singh said in message issued here at Raipur Chhattisgarh Capital today that Guru Nanak Dev really was the true path guide of human society.

Guru Nanak Deva’s life philosophy, based on the best human values like Truth, nonviolence, kindness, compassion and charity is for all of humanity's welfare.
